# Cookie Policy

Family Art IVF

The cookie policy for Family Art IVF.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

## 1\. What cookies are

- Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (local storage and session storage) works in a similar way. In this policy, "cookies" covers both.
- This website uses cookies only as described here.

## 2\. Necessary cookies

- These keep the website and the call-back form working. They do not identify you and are not used for advertising. They do not need your consent.
- dna-consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice, until you change it or clear your browser.
- dna-callback-shown (session storage): remembers that the call-back window has been shown, until you close the browser.
- dna-callback-dismissed (local storage): stops the call-back window appearing again for 7 days after you close it.
- dna-lead-sent (local storage): stops the call-back window appearing after you have sent a request, until you clear your browser.
- dna-first-touch (session storage): keeps the page where you arrived and any campaign tags, so they are sent with your request. Removed when you close the browser.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare): checks that the call-back form is sent by a person, not a bot. It loads only when you use the form, is needed to protect the form from spam, and is not used for advertising or tracking.

## 3\. Advertising and analytics cookies, with your consent only

- These load only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, none of them is loaded.
- Google Tag Manager (Google): loads the Google tags below. It sets no cookie of its own.
- Google Analytics (Google), \_ga and \_ga\_\*: count visits and show how the website is used, 2 years.
- Google Ads (Google), \_gcl\_au: measures whether a visit from a Google advert led to a call-back request, 90 days.
- Meta Pixel (Meta), \_fbp and \_fbc: measure whether a visit from a Facebook or Instagram advert led to a call-back request, 90 days.
- Only one event is sent when you send a request. It carries no form content, no treatment and no health information.
- Google and Meta process this data under their own privacy policies, available on their websites.

## 4\. Campaign tags

- When you arrive from an advert, the web address may contain campaign tags (UTM parameters) and click identifiers (gclid, fbclid). They are kept for your browser session and sent with your call-back request, so we know which advert you came from. They contain no health information.

## 5\. Changing your choice

- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, the call-back form may not work as expected.

## 6\. Questions

- For questions about cookies, write to info@familyartivf.com. More about how we use personal data is in our privacy policy.
